The Open House Sale will take place in The Crease in the mail bowl. Please enter at the entrance for the Open House to gain access.


As of Sunday July 20, 2025, the Crease Pro Shop will be closed until further notice for renovations. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Online order pickup and in person shopping is available by appointment, during regular office hours.
Please email thecrease@windsorspitfires.com for more information or to make an appointment. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
Online orders that are shipped are unaffected by the renovations.



The Crease Retail Store inside the main bowl will be open during home games.
 
  • Do you ship to countries other than Canada or USA? 
    • Yes. Please reach out to us using the contact us tab and we can provide you a shipping quote - prices vary by location. Please include the items you are looking to purchase, the shipping address and your contact information. 
 
  • Can I return an item I bought on SpitsGear.com? 
    • Yes. Please see the full return and exchange policy under the Shipping & Returns section at https://www.spitsgear.com/shipping-returns
 
  • Are there different sizes available in store? 
    • No. The inventory online is the same as in store.
 
  • How long do I have to pickup my online order?
    • Pickup orders will be held for 30 days. If the order is not picked up within that 30 days it will be refunded and the items returned to inventory without notice.
 
  • Are there less expensive shipping options for smaller items? 
    • Yes. If you purchase an item that can fit in a regular mailing envelope we may be able to offer a reduced price for an untracked shipment but these packages would not be guaranteed. Please contact us for more information.
 
  • Can someone else pickup my order on my behalf?
    • Photo ID must be provided when picking up your online order in store.  If someone else will be picking up your order for you, please put a note in the Notes to Seller section during checkout stating this, along with their full name. Please inform them they will need to show a piece of ID.
